  • Annual General Meeting (AGM) Sunday 28 June 2026 14:00 Brown Cow

You are hereby notified that the Mansfield & Ashfield branch of CAMRA will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 28th June 2026 at 14:00, upstairs at The Brown Cow, 33-35 Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield, NG18 2JA. An account of events in the branch over the past 12 months will be given, and all posts on the Committee for the following 12 months are up for election. To facilitate that election, a form is available at the link below, where branch members can propose and second nominees for roles.

Nominees must be members of the branch, and you may NOT nominate anyone without their agreement to stand. Proposer and seconder names need to be recorded for a nomination to be valid.

Nominations in writing can also be made. If you wish to use this option, please email either ku.gro.armac.dleifsnam@riahc or ku.gro.armac.dleifsnam@yraterces to obtain address details. We will also accept further nominations in person at the AGM, again provided there is both a valid proposer and seconder and the nominee confirms their willingness to stand.

The agenda for the AGM is also available online (as a read-only file) at the link below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Nf3jxLKC_waPWZpA76D__E1jX-2My8MKfk-2Pd8ewmk/edit?usp=drive_link

Please note that the above agenda also contains a motion to align our current branch constitution with the national model for a branch constitution agreed at CAMRA’s 2026 Members’ Weekend and Conference, with links to our existing constitution and the new national model, and to a further document explaining differences between them.

Anyone may attend the AGM, but only members of the branch and National Executive or their nominated representatives are allowed to vote at the meeting.

We hope to see you there.
